Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 3 working days from the date of delivery
- The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Clearance, promotional, or specially ordered items (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Process
Customers must contact us via our official communication channels with:
- Order details
- Clear photos or evidence of the issue
Once the return request is approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or other agreed arrangements.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item supplied).
